My Philosophy

We live in a world that is filled with food chemicals and environmental chemicals but we can do our best to limit that exposure.  We could easily become neurotic about every little chemical we come into contact with but then what would the quality of our life be?
In my family we really try to practice the 80/20 rule (80% healthy whole foods - 20% the eating out foods).   I had a good friend tell me that if you just start with your everyday foods at home, that in itself can create great changes.  It did!!, that is where we started and that is where I now encourage people to start.
I'm not a believer in extreme behaviors, but I'm a believer in being aware and just doing the
BEST YOU CAN!
