milk/almond milk (careful with Soy, Soy can be a very high allergen and also effects the hormones, not great for kids)

*Pre-make and freeze dinners for the week. Use fresh ingredients without preservatives
and artificial ingredients.
*Pre-make and freeze oatmeal or hot rice cereal for the week. This will help add variety
to the every day cereals & toast.
*Pre-make school lunches so you plan ahead and think about what your kids are eating.
*Make home-made drinks.
My favorite home-made cold drink is "Rasberry Zing"
Boil 4 cups of filtered water - add 7-8 Rasberry zinger Celestial Seasonings tea
packs - let sit for about 5 minutes - add Rasberry water to a 1 gallon pitcher and continue to fill until full
with filtered water - add turbinado sugar to sweeten (we go light on the sweetener to keep it somewhat healthy and refreshing)
My son LOVES this drink - no artificial colors, flavors or ingredients just a little sweetness and taste's GREAT!!!!!
